How to choose the best shipping method for your
order
We offer 2 shipping methods at our checkout window - Mail and
UPS
Mail is mostly used on light packages when the transit time
for your order is NOT critical, and you want the cheapest cost.
The deivery times in the table below
are estimates and there is no delivery time guarantee. Please do not
choose mail and then tell us that you need your order by a certain
date. We are powerless to do anything once your order is dispatched.
UPS should be chosen when you need to be sure
when your package will be delivered. There are 3 levels of service:
Standard, Express, and Expedited. For transit times see the table
below. To determine the shipping cost, add the items to your cart
and choose the UPS Realtime shipping option at checkout.
A note about the UPS Realtime option.
Please look over the quotes carefully, and look for the words Express
or Expedited. If you are shown more than 1 price for those services,
always select the cheapest one, unless you really need the special
options shown.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE UPS STANDARD SHIPPING within the contiguous U.S. and
major centers in Canada with a $125 minimum order.
International customers may claim a $10 shipping discount by entering
Coupon Name: INTL10 at checkout.
Shipping Policies
We make every effort to pack and ship your order as quickly and as
accurately as possible.
You are be able to choose your shipping method and determine cost
at the time of checkout.
Please Note: We do not ship C.O.D.
How long until the order ships out?
All UPS AIR orders received before 12PM EST are shipped the same business
day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
UPS AIR orders received after 12PM EST will be shipped within one
business day.
Orders using other paid shipping methods, such as Mail and UPS Ground,
are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders using our FREE Standard Shipping method are typically shipped
within 1-3 business days.

UPS transit times will depend on the level of service you select.

Transit Times by Mail
We are located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, which means that some
orders mailed to the West Coast, or outside of this country, may not
arrive as quickly as orders mailed to destinations that are closer
to us. Please look up the transit times for mail, to your region,
in the shipping methods table below. USA,
CANADA, INTERNATIONAL
Please note that transit times by mail are estimates and are
in not guaranteed.

Information
Important: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box
Customs Charges/Import Duties:
For USA and Canada there are none.
For international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs
will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Taxes:
USA - None
Canada - GST will be added as well as Quebec sales tax on Quebec
shipments.
Special Instruction: Canada Post does not accept requests
for special delivery instructions such as "leave on the back
porch," etc.
Signature Waivers: Customers choosing to waive required signatures
for express deliveries assume all responsibility for their orders
once they leave our facilities.
UPS Tracking: If you have elected to ship via UPS and would
like to track your order, please go to the UPS website and enter
your tracking number to check the shipping status. You will receive
your tracking number automaticaly by email upon shipment,
Lost
Mail Packages: On rare occasions, a package sent by mail may
not arrive at its destination. In such an instance, we will reship
your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but will require
that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed
was never received. This is required so that we can make a claim
with the post office. If we do not receive this signed form back
from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacment
shipment.
