Return Instructions
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you
may return or exchange most items for a full refund, provided you
contact us with 5 days of receipt of your order.
Login to your account, and view your previous orders. Then click on
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and give us the details about
your return request. We will answer you promptly and give you the
correct address for sending your return. If you return goods to us
without contacting us first, your package may be refused.
Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for products that were originally
purchased on clearance.
Allstarco
will refund return First Class postage only if you are returning
an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns please kindly
ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return
postage or shipping charges paid by Allstarco for packages that
are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the
refund provided.
For
your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard
box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your
package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive
to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned
to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged
by the postal service.
