How to Order
|
Ordering is easy. Alll transactions are handled with industry-standard
SSL encryption and confidentiality (see also Privacy Policy). To order
online, select the quantity and the color of the item, and add it
to your shopping cart by clicking the ORDER
button. You will be taken to your shopping cart, where you can review,
modify, or delete the item. Click the CONTINUE SHOPPING
button to go back to the page you came from, or use the navigation
at the left side of the page to go elsewhere.
There is also a mini-cart at the upper right corner of each page,
which you can use at anytime to review your cart or Check Out when
done.
Clicking CHECK OUT will take you to a
page to enter your name, address, shipping information, and shipping
method (see shipping). If you have a coupon,
enter the coupon name in the coupon/discount box near the bottom of
the page.
What will happen next depends on the shipping method you have chosen.
For all shipping methods except for UPS Realtime, clicking CONTINUE
will briing up a page where you can review the total amount of your
order, including the shipping charges and all details you've entered.
If you have selected UPS Realtime, clicking CONTINUE
will present you service options and prices for shipping your package.
After choosing one of the options, click CONTINUE
again. This will bring you to the page where you can review the total
amount of your order, including the shipping charges and all details
you've entered.
After revieweing the details of your order, click ORDER
NOW to proceed to a secured page where you enter your
payment information. If you prefer to pay by cashiers check or international
money order, you can still use our online system by selecting "Cashiers
check/international money order" from the OTHER
PAYMENT TYPE box. Using this procedure, you will not have
to complete any credit card information. When your order information
is complete, simply click the CONTINUE
button and we will automatically receive your order and you will receive
an order confirmation. Please print a copy of the order for your records
and mail us your payment. We will ship your items when we receive
your payment. Orders are automatically cancelled if we have not received
payment within two weeks of placing the order.
You also have the option of printing out an order
form, which you can mail or fax (see Contact information). Alternatively,
you can call us with your order at our toll-free number: 1-800-337-0524.
We are available to take your phone orders Monday to Friday (except
for holidays), 10:30am to 3:15pm (Eastern Time).
Please keep in mind that orders submitted after the Friday cut-off
time (12:00pm Eastern Time) or the Saturday cut-off time (9:00 am
Pacific Time) may not ship until Monday, depending on the shipment
method that you choose. We are also not open on major holidays. |
